Pricing.
For
the actual prices, SMC Electronics Ltd refers to the latest
price list. Mentioned prices are in EUROS (€), excluding VAT
and costs of transport. Fixed repair prices do not apply to
goods which have parts, i.e. components missing, physical (transport)
damage or damage caused by unsuccessful repair by other parties.
In such cases SMC Electronics Ltd may return the goods unrepaired
or will provide an estimated repair price to the customer.
Payment
Conditions.
On
all repair orders without any restriction, SMC Electronics Ltd
handles a standard 30-day payment condition from the date of
invoice.
Warranty.
SMC
Electronics Ltd grants a 90-day warranty period on its repairs.
Any warranty case should be reported, in writing within this
period. Warranty covers all costs of repair, but is excluding
costs of transport.
Shipment.
All
international shipments for SMC Electronics Ltd are handled
by TNT. For more information about shipments, SMC Electronics
Ltd refers to its Shipping Procedure. The goods must be packed
in a proper way, using antistatic shielding bags and sturdy
boxes to prevent damage. Risk of loss or damage whatsoever of
goods in transit, shall be born by the customer.
Turnaround
Time.
The
repaired goods will be returned to the customer within 10 working
days after date of receipt.
Insurance.
If
transport is handled by TNT, the goods are insured by TNT Express
insurance. On request, additional insurance by TNT or any other
insurance company will be charged at cost.
Other
Conditions.
- SMC Electronics Ltd reserves
the right to declare goods as unrepairable.
- SMC Electronics Ltd shall not
be liable for any loss of business by the customer or other
losses, actions, costs, claims, expenses or other liabilities
arising through direct or indirect claims made by any parties
against SMC Electronics Ltd or it's customers, as a result
of SMC Electronics Ltd repair or late delivery of equipment
or products.
