This page lists the shipping procedures which apply to the Telenetics EMEA RMA Repair Center of SMC Electronics Ltd in the UK.

Shipping Address.

Please mention on all documents.
1). For temporary import into the United Kingdom, Goods will be returned after repair.
2). For customs use only.
3). Any relevant RMA numbers.

1). TNT Express. All international shipments to and from SMC Electronics Ltd are handled by TNT only. TNT gaurantees trouble free transport over 190 countries within 48 hours.
2). Documents. A Proforma invoice and a copy of the RMA paperwork/email are required for all RMA repair shipments..

Additional Requirements.
Ensure the correct tarrif codes are on the invoice, we refer to our price list for detailed information.
All values shall reflect the actual repair charge as mentioned in our price list, or the value as stated in the export regulations of your country.
All shipments to SMC Electronics Ltd must be authorised via an RMA reference number supplied by SMC Electronics Ltd.
When forwarding defective goods for repair, it is essential to provide accurate, well described information that will provide a clear indication of the defect(s) in question.
Contact your local TNT agent for a pick-up. This guarantees that your shipment will be delivered to SMC Electronics within 48 hours.
